I planted some onion bulbs in one of the free buckets I got from a restaurant before I trip and this is what I came home too.
I need to get my mind back on track so I’m going to be planting the garlic Joyceann sent me along with other veggies the next few days. Because I wasn’t able to pick up my order from Destiny Farms in Michigan I’m gonna have to find a place locally that has heirloom veggie plants too. I know that Walmart has some heirloom tomatoes but they were like $3 for just one, so hopefully I can find someone cheaper than that. The rest of my veggies and tropicals made it perfectly fine the two weeks we were gone. I know what to do if I ever have to leave for two weeks again. I can’t wait to put them outside and let them continue to grow. I was told we have one last frost coming so as soon as its over I’m gonna take the tub I put them in outside and let them continue to grow in that. They seem to be doing well in it and it has plenty of drainage holes so it should do fine and that will leave me more room for the rest I’m gonna grow. I think I’ll save my corn seeds though, including the strawberry popcorn ones and just plant as much of the other stuff I can.
